    Do I have to update tool or is there a fix for damaged or missing sd card?

     Hi, Have you tried below?
    1. Check if your sd card is all the way in.
    2. Try another SD card. If you still get the same error messsage, the issue might be in the tool itself . Please send back for repairing.
